Common questions
An event didn't book
Open it from your Events list and tap the event's link to see the page. Some events need a step Doorlist leaves to you: paying, connecting a crypto wallet, or typing a code a site sent you. Doorlist says which in the status bar at the top of the booking screen.
Doorlist keeps asking me to sign in to a site
Sign-ins to Luma, Partiful and Eventbrite are remembered on your phone. If a site signs you out, sign in again on its page inside Doorlist. Deleting and reinstalling the app clears them.
I want to change an answer
Go to the Answers tab and tap it. Every question that answer is used for is listed there too. Swipe left to forget one.
My answers didn't come to my new phone
Make sure you signed in with the same Apple ID on both phones (Answers tab, Your account). Sync runs when you open the app.
How do I delete my account?
Answers tab, Your account, Delete account. This erases your answers, bookings and account usage records from our server. To also clear this phone, delete the app.
Search found the wrong kind of event
Add a detail: a day, a time of day, a neighbourhood, or “free”. You can also set where to search in Find's settings.
